Derrick Jordan
3DK, LLC is a reflection of founder Derrick Jordan Sr.’s deep-rooted passion for education and unwavering commitment to workforce development. With over 20 years of experience, Derrick has served as a classroom educator across K–12 and post-secondary settings, bringing a unique blend of instructional expertise and real-world insight to his leadership. His proven success in managing and directing workforce development initiatives across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia—at the state, county, and federal levels—demonstrates his dedication to creating sustainable opportunities for individuals and families. Derrick’s devotion to his community and family fuels his mission to build a stronger, more inclusive future for Prince George’s County and beyond.
